Dudley Children’s Services is looking to recruit 4 experienced and motivated Agency Social Workers to join our Child In Need Team.
CIN Social Worker x4 – interviews Tuesdays afternoons – Thursday afternoons
Hybrid Arrangement – 3 days on site
You will work within a short-term Children in Need (CIN) team, undertaking timely, high-quality assessments and delivering focused intervention with children and families. The purpose of this team is to provide timely intervention that will meet the needs of children and families and enable step across to early help support and partnership led support and planning.
The successful candidate will hold a manageable caseload and receive regular management oversight and supervision from experienced Team Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and confident working in a fast-paced environment where timely decision-making is essential.
