Independent Visitor Lead: Mentoring for Children & Youth

Leicester City Council is seeking an Independent Visitor Coordinator to lead our Independent Visitor Service, supporting looked after and vulnerable children and young people through positive, long‑term relationships with trained volunteer mentors.

In this rewarding role, you’ll recruit, assess, train and support volunteers, match them with children and young people, oversee safeguarding processes, and help ensure every young person receives the support they need to thrive.
