Fabric Engineer – Building Maintenance Specialist

Equans is seeking a Fabric Engineer to join the HMCTS contract, based on site at the Royal Courts of Justice in City of Westminster. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across building fabric, plumbing, carpentry, and associated systems, with supervision of subcontractors where needed.

You’ll ensure work is completed safely, to standards, and on time. You’ll perform Legionella monitoring, fire-door inspections, drainage tasks, and general site duties while maintaining high levels
