Hospice at Home Specialist Nurse Leader

Longfield Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Hospice at Home team, delivering compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes across Gloucestershire. You will provide clinical leadership, support the MDT, and ensure timely, safe care with family involvement.

Responsibilities include line managing HCAs and RNs, coordinating referrals, and upholding governance and education standards to improve service quality while reducing unnecessary hospital admissions.
