Active Care Group is seeking a Children’s Support Worker in Eastbourne to provide person-centred support for children with complex health and care needs at home and in the community. The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening and weekend hours, on a zero-hours contract, offering regular weekly shifts and planned rotas.
