Butterwick Hospice is seeking a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse to lead Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in our Adult Inpatient Unit. You will direct day‑to‑day clinical practice, coordinate safe care, and drive quality improvement while supporting a compassionate, patient‑centred environment.

You will act as a visible leader, ensuring nursing standards, staff development and effective MDT collaboration across the unit.
