Strategic Head of Manufacturing – Multi-Site Leader

Drayton, in partnership with a leading UK food manufacturing business, is appointing an experienced Head of Manufacturing on an initial fixed-term contract of at least 12 months. You will lead a multi-site operation to consistently deliver safety, quality, service, and cost performance, while guiding transformation across locations.

The role requires strong change leadership, the ability to influence at all levels, and a track record of delivering results in high-volume food manufacturing.
