Part-Time Young People Support Worker – Empower Futures

Depaul UK in Whitley Bay is seeking a part-time Young People Support Worker to provide practical, emotional and goal-focused support to young people, helping them build skills, confidence and resilience for independent living.

You will manage a caseload with varied support needs, delivering structured, person-centred plans and guiding young people through transitions such as leaving care, securing accommodation and pursuing education, training or employment.
