Principal Systems Engineer – Survivability & Combat Air

Leonardo in Luton is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership in GCAP and FCAS concept development. You will shape architectures, manage requirements, and lead survivability-focused studies across EW, sensors, and mission systems with a strong stakeholder focus.

You will mentor engineers, apply systems engineering life-cycle practices, and collaborate with partners to deliver coherent, achievable solutions that meet programme objectives.
