L&D Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will coordinate and deliver a broad portfolio of learning initiatives to empower employees with high-quality development opportunities. You’ll oversee end-to-end programme logistics, leverage data and learning systems to boost efficiency, and guide learners and stakeholders toward exceptional outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to enhance processes and share best practices, supporting a culture of inclusive growth. This position offers hands-on impact in shaping learning experiences within a leading global group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programmes from planning through completion
• Manage scheduling, enrolments, communications, resources, and logistics for multiple initiatives
• Serve as first point of contact for learners and stakeholders
• Ensure excellent learner experience by handling queries and issues effectively
• Utilise Marcel Classes and other systems to manage programmes, records and reporting
• Analyse data to monitor engagement and programme effectiveness
• Identify process, system and workflow improvements
• Support facilitators with materials and session delivery
• Coordinate learning projects across Publicis Groupe
• Assist with AI-related learning programmes and capability-building
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to streamline administration, reporting, scheduling and communications
• Share best practices and mentor junior coordinators

Key requirements

• Experience coordinating learning and development programmes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Confidence using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and producing meaningful reporting
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make improvement recommendations
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and learner experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
