Staff Nurse – CICC

To join our multidisciplinary team you will be:

• a registered nurse with current professional registration
• committed to delivering a high standard of care and supporting change management
• an excellent communicator who will innovate, inspire and promote patient safety whilst supporting the ward team
• an advocate for our patients, able to identify changes in need and be instrumental in planning for their current and future care

This post involves 7 day working and internal rotation to nights and part time opportunities available.

A member of the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC) who is skilled in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care.
