NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist for the Rapid Assessment Link service in East Dunbartonshire. The post offers permanent, full-time work and a base at Kirkintilloch Health and Care Centre.
You will undertake specialist multidisciplinary assessments, provide physiotherapy, coordinate care and discharge planning, and support the Hospital at Home Team to prevent avoidable admissions.
