Job Description:
Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is seeking a proactive Care Co-ordinator to join our Belfast team. You will match Clients with the right Caregivers, develop and review care plans, and keep rotas running smoothly to ensure continuous support.
Working with the Registered Manager, you will manage on-call cover, handle late calls, maintain accurate records and MAR charts, and ensure compliance with RQIA standards. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are required.
