Trust Inclusion & SEND Lead (Full-Time, Permanent)

North Yorkshire Council in Ripon is recruiting a full-time, permanent Trust Inclusion Lead to champion inclusion and SEND across 14 primary schools in North and West Yorkshire.

The role involves leading policy development, visiting schools, supporting SENDCos, delivering training, and assessing the impact of Trust strategy on all children’s flourishing.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in inclusion practice in school settings and the ability to influence Trust practice from early tenure.
