Emergency Department Charge Nurse: Lead Care & Team

NHS Lanarkshire in Scotland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for assessing care needs and delivering high-quality patient care on a 12-hour shift pattern, including days, nights and weekends.

You will provide clinical leadership in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse/Team Leader, supervise staff, and contribute to induction, recruitment and performance management to maintain safe, effective care.
