Head of Performance, Women’s Football

GLOBAL SPORTS JOBS LIMITED is seeking a Head of Performance to lead the Women’s First Team, providing strategic leadership across medical, rehabilitation and physical development to deliver an integrated performance strategy. You will work with coaching, medical, analysis and operations to prioritise player availability and development.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, develop injury prevention and return-to-play protocols, and ensure clear communication with Head Coach.
