Compassionate Care Assistant – Flexible Day/Night Shifts

St Andrews Nursing and Care Home is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for day and night shifts on site in Ewerby/Sleaford. You will help residents with personal care, daily activities and tailored care plans, while supporting engagement in activities within a warm, homely setting.

Shifts are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, with full-time or part-time contracts and a £500 probation bonus. The home offers career development, funded training, and a pension plan as part of a rewarding workplace.
