CCH Group is seeking a caring, reliable Care Assistant to join an existing team providing 24-hour care in the client’s home in the Tees Valley area.
You will support with medication, meals, personal care and health monitoring, plus daily tasks and community engagement. Full training will be provided; you must be flexible to work day and night shifts and be comfortable around pets.
