Support Worker

Full-time Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) – Complex Care

Location: Preston, Lancashire (PR3)

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

We are currently recruiting compassionate and experienced Healthcare Support Workers to support a young client with complex healthneeds in Preston.

You will work alongside a nurse to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care, helpingensure the client’s comfort, dignity and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months’ UK care experience.
• Essential: Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support.
• Paediatric complex care experience is highly desirable.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively alongside a nurse and follow individual care plans.
