Attendance & Welfare Lead — Immediate Start (Full-Time)

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an organised Lead Attendance & Student Welfare Officer for a secondary school in Hastings, East Sussex. You will manage daily attendance, investigate absences, and liaise with families to remove barriers to attendance.

Working with Heads of Year and safeguarding teams, you will maintain SIMS/Arbor records, run attendance panels, coordinate reintegration plans, and support safeguarding compliance.
