International M&A Analyst – London Growth & Deals

Acrisure in London is seeking a highly motivated M&A Analyst to join its International M&A team. The role supports the evaluation, execution and integration of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments across non-US operations.

You will build and maintain financial models, perform due diligence, prepare investment memoranda, and present findings to senior stakeholders, working closely with Finance, Legal, Tax and external advisers.
