Social Worker, Children with Disabilities – Hybrid & Flexible Hours

Brent Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team in London. You will assess children with disabilities, develop tailored care plans, and coordinate services including home care, equipment and direct payments.
