Defects Resolution Specialist – Aftercare & Handover

Wandle Housing Association is seeking a Defects and Aftercare Officer to join the Development team in London. You will manage defects during the defect liability period, coordinate with residents, contractors and internal teams, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and to required standards on completed schemes.

This role requires hands-on building knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and solid IT skills, including MS Office and Housing Management systems.
