Junior PMO – Trading Fintech

Overview

Junior PMO role supporting a high-profile trading software business in the City of London. You assist with planning, monitoring and delivery of small projects within a data-driven, cross-bank trading data delivery effort. You’ll engage stakeholders from Tier 1 banks and help maintain procedures, reporting and JIRA workflows. This fast-growth, client-facing position offers early responsibility and exposure to major banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring and delivering small projects
• Ensuring documented procedures are followed (externally audited)
• Action tracking and internal reporting
• JIRA management and workflow support
• Webinar management and hosting
• Production of project management statistics
• Ensuring the DSB website is up to date
• Involvement from Day 1 in a cross-bank trading data delivery project (fixed income)

Key requirements

• PMO experience in IT finance vendor/consultancy/bank (unknown years)
• Background in Trading Technology or understanding of trading cross-asset (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Client-facing experience with Tier 1 banks (advantage)
• Fast learner with self-guided capability
• Experience liaising with senior stakeholders (CEO/senior directors)
• Prior exposure to project management
