About the Job

The Role

To provide excellent customer service, support daily store operation, and help create a welcoming shopping experience while promoting Yankee Candle products and achieving targets.

• Key responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting fragrances, gifts, and home products.
• Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and maintain product display.
• Receiving and processing delivery.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store and stockroom.
• Assisting with stock counts.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals and KPI’s.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Flexibility Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible 16-hour schedule.
• Able to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, bank holidays and additional hours when required to meet the business needs.
