Head of Care | Brand-New Elderly Care Home Leader

OSJCT Group seeks an experienced Head of Care for Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed care home opening in 2027. You will support the Home Manager, lead a care team, and help establish high standards of person-centred care from day one.

You’ll oversee rostering, recruitment, induction and ongoing training, fostering a positive team culture while ensuring compassionate, individualised care for residents.
