Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Homelessness Prevention Officer to lead on preventing homelessness, support vulnerable residents and deliver customer-focused housing services within the Housing Needs team.
You will manage a complex caseload, undertake homelessness assessments, and work with landlords, families and support services to find sustainable housing solutions, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous service improvement.
