Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development and implementation of Project/Programme/Portfolio Management Offices
• Develop and own plans and monitor critical paths across interdependent workstreams
• Draft and manage progress reports; run risk/issue/action/dependency and financial control processes
• Prepare and review project/programme financial reports; conduct financial modelling for budgets and business cases
• Prepare agendas/materials for governance forums across project/programme/portfolio
• Maintain project assets and ensure up-to-date documentation and effective communication
• Mentor and manage less experienced team members
• Support growth of client relationships and identification of new opportunities
• Support development of propositions, solutions, and industry viewpoints

Key requirements

• Experience assisting with the design and development of PMOs
• Delivery experience of projects/programmes in industry or consultancy
• Development of project plans across work streams and critical path management
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2 or Agile)
• Knowledge of current market conditions
