HR Transformation Consultant

Overview

In this role you will help deliver HR consulting projects that define Talent Management solutions across the talent lifecycle. You will challenge clients to rethink HR for the future and support growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation and thought leadership. You will create market-relevant viewpoints and offerings to establish market eminence, while maintaining consistent, high-quality delivery for clients. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge HR technologies within a global network and a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver talent management solutions covering talent lifecycle elements (acquisition, development, strategy, management) and enabling operating model and technology
• Challenge clients to reimagine HR for a future-ready workforce and agile enterprise
• Support practice growth through innovation, capability development, thought leadership, and market eminence in Talent Management
• Create market-relevant Talent Management viewpoints, blogs, and offerings to bolster Accenture’s HR consulting and Talent & Organization
• Deliver high-quality, consistent results for clients

Key requirements

• Proven track record in delivering talent management strategy, programmes, or processes
• Interest in innovation and technology trends and their impact on talent management
• Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills
• Experience in driving employee experience-centric process optimization in talent management, including robotics, automation, and AI concepts
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders internally and externally
• Forward-thinking with strong business acumen
• Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
