Room Leader – Nursery (Bath) | Four-Day Week

Remedicare is recruiting for a Room Leader at a 55-place nursery in Bath. The role is full-time/permanent, 36 hours a week, four days across Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from £16.50 to £18.00 per hour, with a four-day rota including long weekends off every 4–5 weeks.

You will join the leadership team, support day-to-day management, and lead staff to uphold high standards of care. EYFS knowledge and Level 3 childcare qualification are essential.
