Service Support Officer, Children’s Care – Flexible Hours

Sandwell Children’s Trust is seeking a Service Support Officer to support front line practitioners with administration, including call handling, message taking, and assisting with bookings and minutes for meetings. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, based in our offices in the region.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent, be IT literate with MS Office, and show strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
