Senior Clinical Lead – Adult Complex Home Care (Hybrid)

Leaders in Care is supporting a nurse-led complex care provider to recruit an Adult Clinical Lead covering Norfolk and Suffolk. You will oversee a caseload of 810 adult complex care packages in the community, with hybrid working and clear pathways for clinical progression into regional leadership roles.

As an Adult Clinical Lead you will provide clinical oversight, complete assessments and care plans, govern risk and quality improvement, and deliver training for Nurses and HCAs.
