Job Description:
NHS Forth Valley is looking for a Clinical Support Worker to join the Falkirk District Nursing team. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide routine care for patients, performing venepuncture, medication administration, and catheter care under supervision.
You will support other MDT members and travel to patient homes, including care for palliative and end-of-life patients. PVG scheme is required; sponsorship guidance is provided for eligible roles.
