Senior CAMHS Primary Care Mental Health Specialist

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is recruiting a Band 7 Senior Mental Health Therapeutic Practitioner to support children and young people with mild to moderate emotional health difficulties in Primary Care Networks and GP practices.

You will deliver assessments, brief interventions, care plans and psychoeducation, while managing a caseload and coordinating with schools, social care and CAMHS to ensure joined-up care and early intervention.
