Lead Bartender – Stage Champagne Bar at Luxury Hotel

The Londoner is recruiting a Head Bartender for The Stage at our 5 Star Luxury Hotel. You will showcase in-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines and champagnes, while leading a bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage bar operations, ensure brand standards, oversee stock and cash handling, and seek opportunities to elevate guest satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement.
