Home-Based Community Navigator: Guidance & Connection

Making Space is seeking a Community Navigator to connect adults in Cambridgeshire with local services, groups and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing. You will provide tailored information and guidance through face-to-face appointments, calls, virtual sessions and emails.
