Water Connections Lead: End-to-End Delivery & Coaching

Kier Group in St Austell is seeking a New Connections Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of the end-to-end potable-water connections function. You will be accountable for performance, resource planning and stakeholder communication within the South West Water team.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching and a proven track record in planning, surveys and permits, with a calm, organised approach to managing priorities and driving continuous improvement.
