Head of Network Operations

Overview

As Head of Network Operations, you will build and lead the Network Operations function to ensure reliable operation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of a growing deployed network. You will establish processes, tools and standards to scale operational capabilities. The role is on-site with some flexibility to meet business needs, within a cutting-edge laser communications environment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver mission-critical network stability and real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Network Operations function
• Own reliable operation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of the deployed network
• Establish processes, tools and operational standards to scale the network
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Occasional on-site work aligned with business requirements

Key requirements

• 10+ years’ experience leading network operations, service operations or a similar technical operations function
• Strong technical understanding of network monitoring, incident management, infrastructure maintenance and deployment
• Proven experience building operational capabilities, processes and multidisciplinary technical teams
