Overview

As a Senior Consultant in EY’s Cybersecurity Consulting Practice, you advise organizations on defining and improving their security posture while delivering EY’s cybersecurity offerings. You’ll support client pursuits, develop innovative security solutions, and collaborate with global teams to scale impact. You’ll lead high-quality engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to business development and go-to-market efforts. This role offers exposure to diverse sectors and a pathway to leadership within a fast-growing cybersecurity practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cybersecurity engagements aligned with EY standards
• Support business development including proposal writing and client-ready presentations
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies across the UK and Europe
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance EY’s brand in cybersecurity
• Assist in managing financials of engagements (staffing and fee tracking)
• Mentor and coach junior staff, conduct performance reviews and support their development
• Participate in recruiting, retaining, and training cybersecurity professionals

Key requirements

• Professional experience delivering cybersecurity solutions in operational or consulting capacities
• Driven with the ability to work under pressure and in unstructured environments
• Ability to develop impactful written presentations and engage senior stakeholders
• Specialization in Identity and Access Management; Data Privacy and Protection; Security Architecture; Operational Technology Security; Governance, Risk, and Compliance
