Job Description:
Inizio Engage in the UK is seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. You will deliver patient-centred parenteral nutrition and IV therapy in patients’ homes, working closely with NHS colleagues to ensure safe transitions from hospital to home.
The role requires a current NMC registration, a drive with UK licence, and at least one year post-registration experience in community or homecare settings.
