Overview

As a Senior Consultant on our Strategy team, you will steer cross-functional engagements with global clients as they pursue digital transformation and AI-enabled growth. You’ll bridge Strategy, Design, and Technology to deliver AI-forward solutions and human-centered experiences. You’ll guide executive stakeholders, shape AI and product strategies, and mentor junior colleagues. This role offers impact across industries, with the opportunity to influence how AI reshapes client capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and advise on business models, goals, and competition to identify AI-enabled opportunities
• Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models for clients
• Oversee assessments of processes and market standing via stakeholder interviews and research
• Lead digital transformation advisory work and define strategic visions for AI-driven products and experiences
• Coordinate Strategy, Design, and Technology to align business objectives with user-centered design
• Design and facilitate executive design thinking workshops, architecture sessions, and large-scale planning
• Prepare high-impact presentations, business cases, RFP responses, and collateral for senior audiences
• Act as a thought leader on AI, digital, and product innovation, mentoring junior team members

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated passion for user experiences, product innovation, and AI tech landscape
• Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent writing and communication skills with executive presence
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Self-motivated leader who pursues new technology trends and shares knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with presenting, executive workshops, and public speaking
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Willingness to travel globally for client work
• Hybrid work preference (4+ days in office)
