Croydon Council is seeking an Oracle Cloud-Fusion Support Desk Agent to provide essential first-line support for our integrated Oracle system. The role is based in Croydon with a hybrid working pattern, combining home and office time.

You will be the initial point of contact for staff and managers, handling My Resources, Employee/Manager Self-Service, and P2P processes, while ensuring data security and GDPR compliance.
