Senior 3rd Line IT Support Engineer

3R Consulting Ltd is seeking a Systems Engineer (3rd line) for our long standing client. The role is office-based, primarily supporting clients’ IT systems through remote access technologies, with occasional client-facing installations or pre-sales support.

You will work within a small team of 3rd line engineers, manage complex escalations from 2nd line to resolution, install new solutions at customer premises, and assist the sales team with solution design.
