Compassionate Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts & Training

Pilgrims’ Friend Society is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our care team at Middlefields House, a 48-bed state-of-the-art home in the region. This bank/zero hour role covers day and night shifts, with flexible hours to support our residents’ 24/7 needs.

Experience in care and dementia understanding is essential. You will work as part of a team, show empathy, and help residents maintain dignity and independence while providing high-quality support.
