Ward Care Assistant – Patient-Focused Support

Torbay And South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join Cheetham Hill Ward. You will support Registered Nurses with direct patient care, assist with admissions, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility, and help maintain high standards of safety and dignity for older adults.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contribute to care plans, document care provided, and support patients through assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
