Beyond Reflections, a Southampton-based charity, seeks an experienced Support Groups Lead to develop, coordinate and quality-assure peer support and social groups across online and in-person formats.

The role collaborates with the Volunteer Coordinator and Member Support Lead to create new groups, train volunteer facilitators and ensure consistent, safe, welcoming spaces for people with diverse experiences and needs.
