Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver private client tax advisory projects within EY’s Belfast Private Client Services team. You will work closely with senior mentors to provide personal tax planning, residency advice, and wealth optimisation for a diverse client base including high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. You’ll manage client relationships, drive cross-border tax advice, and contribute to business development. This is a fast-growing team offering mentorship and opportunities to broaden technical expertise. Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage a portfolio of private client tax advisory projects with senior support
• Oversee technically complex advisory work ensuring technical excellence and practical, business-focused outcomes
• Build and maintain client and colleague relationships, delivering excellent service and managing expectations
• Proactively develop new business and network in the local market
• Provide development support to junior team members through supervision, coaching and mentoring
