Employment Tax Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you act as a trusted advisor on employment tax and social security, helping clients navigate complex regulations while aligning with business goals. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and tax teams to ensure compliant, tax-efficient outcomes and mitigate risk. You’ll monitor legislative changes and translate them into actionable guidance for clients, strengthening relationships and delivering commercially focused solutions. This hybrid role in London offers the ability to impact a broad client base and advance global mobility initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment tax and social security implications of employment arrangements, compensation, and benefits
• Guide employer reporting, withholding, and compliance obligations
• Support employment tax reviews, audits, health checks, and remediation projects
• Manage fringe benefit tax compliance and related data analysis
• Identify employment tax risks and develop practical mitigation strategies
• Advise on contingent workforce compliance, governance, and operational processes
• Monitor legislative developments and communicate their impact to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality, commercially focused solutions
• Develop and implement employment tax strategies that support clients’ business and workforce objectives
