Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate and trust disputes
• Advise on Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges and proprietary estoppel
• Handle executor, trustee and Court of Protection disputes
• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
• Support business development and raise the profile of the practice
• Collaborate with recognised specialists on high-quality, complex matters

Key requirements

• strong litigation experience in private wealth disputes
• solicitor eligible to practice in England and Wales
• experience handling cross-border matters (preferred)
