Clinical Negligence Team Leader – Hybrid & 27 Days PTO

Simpson Millar is seeking a Team Leader for the Clinical Negligence group. You will lead the team, manage resources, and provide technical guidance to deliver high-quality legal services while achieving financial targets.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will conduct 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and ensure cases are managed to agreed processes and KPIs. A security of practice and professional advocacy experience are required.
